On Sunday, May 27th between 1 pm and 2 pm Eastern Time there was a live webcast from an excavation site. We participated in the actual excavation and shared information on the techniques that paleontologists used to carefully remove the fossilized remains. Dr. Gunther Kletetschka and Cindy Hamel join Dr. Carl Baugh at the site to talk about the geology of the area and the progress of this excavation.
